Update for August 12 - treadmill 45 minutes, 300 calories. Update for the last 3 days, it is August 12th 2015.
On Monday I did 15 minutes of treadmill walking uphill and then 35 minutes of elliptical on Hills + setting. Burned a total of 500 calories. Then at lunch I rode my bike for 9+ miles burning 900+ calories.
On Tuesday I did 15 minutes of treadmill and then did upper body strength training. At lunch I rode my bike for 9 miles, again burning 900+ calories.
Today, I just did the treadmill for 45 minutes burning 300 calories. Going to skip bike today as my muscles are in pain. Need to rest them for a day.
LSVIBE shake for breakfast and lunch and a normal dinner. That is my routine. Losing pounds and gaining muscle. Second month and going strong. :)
